As Principal, I am both humbled and honored to have the privilege of leading our exceptional school community. The vibrant spirit and positive energy that resonate within our school are truly felt by all.  I find great joy in engaging with everyone, particularly in the mornings as our children arrive, their faces filled with excitement and anticipation for the day ahead.

As Deputy Principal and Community Engagement Leader, I facilitate the engagement of all families in the life of St. Peter Chanel School.  My role promotes a positive school community, where families and teachers work together to support children’s learning and wellbeing.  I feel privileged to work at SPC and to be part of this diverse and inclusive community.

I am a passionate teacher and leader with over 18 years of commitment to Catholic Education.  With a Master’s in Religious Education, I am privileged to lead the dedicated teachers at SPC in ensuring meaningful and lasting faith experiences for our students and families. 

Hello! I’m Samantha. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a nurturing and positive learning environment and welcoming school community. I am the Literacy Leader for Prep to Year 2. It is a privilege to work closely with teachers and students to develop a rich, engaging and integrated English program, whilst developing lifelong literacy skills.

Outside of school, I enjoy travelling, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.

I am fortunate to be working alongside motivated educators to support the literacy development of the students at St. Peter Chanel. I believe literacy acquisition opens doors to endless possibilities for our students.

Outside of school I enjoy travelling with my husband and two girls and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

As the P-6 Maths Leader at St. Peter Chanel, I am passionate about fostering a love for mathematics and empowering students to develop their mathematical fluency. I support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality maths instruction, ensuring all students achieve success and confidence in their learning journey.

As the Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader, I am dedicated to promoting the emotional and mental health of all students. My role involves creating a supportive environment where relationships are fostered and where everyone feels heard. I am passionate about educating students with the life skills they need, in order to achieve optimum wellbeing.

Outside of school, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.

It is my privilege to be the Learning Diversity Leader at St. Peter Chanel Primary School.

Hi, I’m Lucy and I’m the school nurse. I feel so privileged to be working in a school that is so welcoming. I love providing care, having little chats and getting to know all the students. The kids are amazing and put a smile on my face every single day.

Hi, I’m Mrs. Coletta, a passionate Prep teacher at SPC. I’m dedicated to creating a sense of belonging for all students by building authentic, positive relationships that support their well-being. I love seeing my students’ smiling faces every day, making teaching incredibly rewarding.

It is a pleasure to work everyday in this warm and welcoming community. I believe that the strong connections made between students, teachers and families support the growth in our children’s learning and wellbeing.

I’m Delia, a Grade 1 teacher who is passionate about student equity. I work alongside an incredible group of professionals to develop and foster positive relationships with students as a basis for effective teaching and learning.

I love being part of the St. Peter Chanel family and have been for many years. It is a privilege being a part of a child’s school journey as everyday is filled with curiosity, creativity and lightbulb moments. Year One is a great year. We have so much fun!

In my role I am fortunate to be able to conduct intervention groups to support students with their social and emotional wellbeing and their ability to engage in respectful relationships.

Outside of school I enjoy taking on new adventures with my husband and our three beautiful boys.

I am so thankful to be part of such a caring school community. I enjoy creating that feeling of “one big happy family” with the students, and a space where everyone feels safe, supported, comfortable, happy and always free to be their authentic selves.

Hi, I’m Carmel. I have been at St. Peter Chanel School for a number of years and have worked in a variety of roles. I strongly believe that making long lasting connections with students and families is at the heart of what we do at our school. I take great pride in assisting students with their learning and with the smooth running of our transition program.

As the Health and Physical Education teacher at SPC, I am deeply passionate about fostering an active and healthy lifestyle for all students. I value creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels motivated to achieve their personal best . Ultimately I want to be a positive influence in your child’s life, nurturing them to have a love of physical activity and maintaining healthy habits.

I am a busy mum of three and I enjoy listening to music, going to the footy, watching musicals and exploring new beaches with my family.

My name is Vy Nguyen, and I am the Japanese teacher at St. Peter Chanel School. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. Teaching languages is my life’s passion, and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow.

Hi I’m Trish! I work across the school teaching Digital Technology. The students help keep me balanced and bring a smile to my face everyday. I feel humbled to help foster a sense of belonging and a love for learning amongst all of our students.
